How can we help?
For app support, questions about purchases, or privacy requests, email us. Include your app version and a short description of the issue. Please do not send passwords or payment card details.
Common help
Drafts: Projects are saved on your device. Check the Projects tab to reopen them.
Exports: Saved images and videos appear in your device's Pictures or Movies library. Sharing opens your installed apps.
Pro purchases: Use Restore purchases in Settings and make sure you are signed in to the same Google Play account used for the purchase.
AI Write: It needs an internet connection. If captions fail, check the AI server URL in Settings.
